Bodywork is my Life Work

...and has been my professional path for more than twenty five years.
I began with massage therapy. In 2000, I added an important bodywork component to my business—The Rolf Method of Structural Integration—and became a Certified Practitioner. My combined years of massage and bodywork training, including 2007 Advanced Certification in the Rolf Method, provide the knowledge to help clients find new balance and vitality while achieving relief from chronic pain, stress, decreased flexibility, and injury.
